Terms & Conditions
What you agree to when you rent.
These are the terms every rental is booked under. Read them before you book — they cover the rental period, late returns, damage and the bond.

The rental terms
- 01Standard rental period is 3 days only. An excess fee of ₱100 per day will be charged for late returns.
- 02Dresses must be returned in the same condition as received.
- 03In case of damage, unremovable stains, loss, or if the dress becomes unusable, the client agrees to pay the full replacement cost + damages totalling to ₱8,000.
- 04Minor damages or stains that are still repairable will be subject to deductions from the ₱300 bond fee paid.
- 05Strictly no washing, altering, or repairing of the dress. Unauthorized alterations will be treated as damage.
- 06A bond fee will be forfeited in case of damages and may be applied to any charges incurred.
- 07Cancellation and no-shows are non-refundable, especially once the item has been reserved, prepared, or scheduled for delivery.
- 08Client is responsible for ensuring timely receipt and return of the item. Delays due to unavailability will still be subject to late fees.
- 09By filling out this form, the client fully agrees to all terms and accepts responsibility for the item during the rental period.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability shown on this site are an invitation to enquire, not an offer. A piece is only held once The Smems Studio has confirmed the booking.
Every piece is photographed as it is, but screens differ and measurements are approximate. Pieces are rental stock and have been worn before.
If you are under 18
A parent or guardian must agree to these terms and sign alongside you. Debut and graduation bookings are welcome; the responsibility for the piece simply has to sit with someone who can carry it.
